Terms of Service

Revised and effective July 26, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. The Korean version is the controlling text.

These Terms govern the use of NAEILBWA (nib.kr), a mobile wedding invitation service operated by Solweb.

1. Purpose

NAEILBWA provides tools for creating, editing, publishing, and sharing mobile wedding invitations, including RSVP, guestbook, and gift account information features.

2. Definitions

  • User: any member or guest using the service
  • Member: a user who completes login or account registration
  • Guest draft: temporary invitation editing data created before login
  • Invitation: a mobile invitation created with user-entered information and photos and shared through a public URL

3. Posting and Changes

The Company posts these Terms on the service. The Company may revise the Terms within the scope permitted by law and will notify users of material changes before they take effect.

4. Use of Service

  • Users may create drafts before login by entering names and photos.
  • Editing data may be saved as a draft or under an account and may be linked to the user account after login.
  • When a user publishes an invitation, anyone with the URL may view the published content.
  • The Company may change feature scope, retention periods, and publication policies for stable operation.

5. User Obligations

  • Users must not upload or publish another person’s personal information, photos, likeness, or account information without authorization.
  • Users must not register false information, illegal content, or images, audio, videos, or text that infringe another person’s copyright or neighboring rights.
  • Users must not attempt to bypass service security, access controls, or storage policies.
  • Users are responsible for checking what information is included before sharing a public URL.

6. Photos and Content Rights

Rights to photos, text, and invitation content uploaded by users remain with the user or the lawful rights holder. Users grant the Company the limited permission needed to store, transform, render, and display the content through the service.

7. Background Music and Uploaded Content Rights

Background music provided within the service consists of tracks the Company has produced or secured the right to use, and users may use them only within their own invitations. Users may not separately download the provided tracks or copy, distribute, or transmit them for any purpose other than their invitation.

  • When uploading an audio file, the user warrants that the user lawfully holds the rights required to reproduce and transmit that track.
  • Users must confirm that uploaded audio does not infringe copyright, neighboring rights (the rights of performers and phonogram producers), or any other third-party rights. If a dispute arises from such infringement, the Company may claim compensation for the resulting damages from the user.
  • Within the scope necessary to provide the service, the Company may store and convert uploaded audio (including format and loudness normalization) and display it for playback on the relevant invitation page.
  • If infringement is substantiated or the Company becomes aware of clear indications of infringement, the Company may immediately suspend playback of or delete the audio and will notify the user of that action.
  • If the same user repeatedly infringes the rights of others, the Company may restrict the user’s use of the service or terminate the account.

8. Reporting Infringement and Takedown

Pursuant to Article 103 of the Korean Copyright Act and Article 44 of its Enforcement Decree, the Company designates and publicly discloses the following recipient for demands to suspend or resume reproduction and transmission.

  • Upon receiving a substantiated takedown demand, the Company will immediately suspend reproduction and transmission of the work and will notify both the claimant and the posting user within three days of the suspension.
  • The posting user may demand reinstatement within 30 days of receiving the notice by substantiating their lawful rights, and the Company will notify the claimant within three days of receiving the demand and reinstate the content on a designated reinstatement date.
  • The Company adopts and enforces a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
  • A person who demands suspension or reinstatement without lawful rights is liable for damages caused by that demand.
