Provided tracks may be used only as background music for NAEILBWA invitations. Standalone distribution of the audio files is prohibited.

4. Reporting Infringement

Pursuant to Article 103 of the Korean Copyright Act and Article 44 of its Enforcement Decree, the Company designates and publicly discloses the following recipient for demands to suspend or resume reproduction and transmission.

• A report must include: materials substantiating that the reporter is the rights holder, the URL of the invitation where the infringement occurs, identification of the infringed work, and the reporter’s name and contact information.
• Handling: upon receiving a substantiated takedown demand, we immediately suspend reproduction and transmission of the work and notify both the claimant and the posting user within three days of the suspension.
• Reinstatement: the posting user may demand reinstatement within 30 days of the notice by substantiating their lawful rights; the Company notifies the claimant and reinstates the content on a date set between 7 and 14 days after the reinstatement demand.
